Movement For Water Season

 

Movement is always imperative to good health. 

However, during Water element season it is especially important. Think of stagnant water and the toxicity it creates after only a few days. This is the same in your body. 

Chi Gong is easy and quick and will help keep your kidneys and bladder moving. It will also help to ease tension and balance your hormones. 

I recommend doing this 3 minute chi gong practice daily throughout the winter months, preferably in the morning.
