Shen Men, or “Heavenly Gate” is located in the triangular depression below the top ridge of the ear. On both ears.

These points calm and balance both hemispheres of the brain. Pressing them reduces anxiety and regulates the nervous system.

Use Bergamot essential oil on these points to enhance mood and calm tension. Apply pressure and breathe until you feel a shift (usually 2-3 minutes).

Lavender

Lavender essential oil is one of the most universal oils, known for its calming properties. It helps with insomnia, insecurity, irritability, and shock.

Heart 7 or “Spirit Gate” helps heal a broken heart and feel open to joy. It relieves anxiety, sadness, and worry.

It’s located on the pinky side of the forearm at the crease of the wrist. On both arms.
