Acupressure With Essential Oils For Hormone Balance

Try this routine with Clary Sage to help balance hormones and reduce excess heat in the body.

Clary sage is known for its hormone balancing ability for PMS and menopause symptoms. It also strengthens the immune system and has antispasmodic properties. Clary sage helps open creativity, intuition, and spiritual vision.

Try It On The Adrenals

The adrenals are glands on top of both kidneys. They produce hormones that help regulate our immune system, metabolism, and response to stress.

Dilute Clary Sage essential oil with a carrier oil (20 drops of essential oil to one oz of carrier oil).

Place the oil on both adrenals and hold for five deep breaths. Repeat twice a day to help balance hormones, regulate stress levels, and reduce excess heat in the body.

Try It On These Points

Kidney 27 or “Storehouse Mansion” is located two inches lateral from the center of the sternum in the space below each collarbone.

This is where chi from the Kidney meridian is transported to and accumulates so there is a lot of energy there. It is good for relieving fatigue and irritability.

Dilute Clary Sage essential oil with a carrier oil (20 drops of essential oil to one oz of carrier oil).

Place the oil on both points underneath the clavicle and hold for five deep breaths.

Repeat twice a day to help balance hormones, regulate stress levels, and reduce excess heat in the body.
