Spleen 10 or “Sea of Blood” is located on the inside of the thigh, when the knee is flexed on both legs. This point is found two-thumb-widths above the inner border of the patella.

This point revitalizes the blood and brings warmth, calm, and feelings of restoration.

Use grapefruit essential oil on these points to help balance blood sugar and curb sugar cravings. Apply pressure and breathe until you feel a shift (usually 2-3 minutes).

Conception Vessel 12 or “Supreme Granary” is located in the center of the stomach, halfway between the belly button and the bottom of the sternum.

This point helps harmonize the stomach, pancreas, and intestines. If one has eaten too many cold foods, this point is good to help warm the stomach and enhance proper digestion.
